validation of nonlineari model
how can we validate the nonlinear Schottky diode model?
how can we verify that the value of capacitance in the nonlinear model used in correct?
please help me.Thank you.
how to find s parameters of a diode? The diode has admittance as y= 1/R + jwc.
now how to find its S parameters? What is the formula to find s21?
is there any site where s parameters sums of passive components compoenets are solved?
please help me out.
With respect to limiter and linearizer, when it is appropiate to use insertion loss and when we should use attenuation?
In limiter the high power signal decreases. So is it termed as" attenuation has increased or insertion loss is increased?
Similarly in linearizer circuit, the gain increases at...
My problem is :
In schottky diode linearizers ,the capacitve effect is neglected in forward bias condition. Why it capacitve effect is neglected?
The frequency used is 1GHz.
I can plot graph of Id vs (+VCC). But I am not able to plot the graph for Id verses Vd in ADS. Here Vd in dependent variable. So I am finding difficult. The figure is given below.
Please guide me.
Thank you.
I want to take data of ads output results as I-V Characterisitcs ,S21 vs Power etc. and plot in the excel sheet. How can I get the data ? How can I plot the same results in excel sheet?
How can I get the readings? How can I access the file in which the results mentioned?
Please help me.
Thank...
Can please any body can guide me for writing paper in International Journal of Electronics ? How to edit figures in it? Some papers contain borders for results some are border less. What should be there? The results should be surrounded by borders?
I do editing of my results in paint and then...
I am working on Parallel diode linearizer.I want to find out which bias condition is suitable for the same. How can I know whether it is constant current bias condition or constant voltage?
Please help me out.
