why the capacitve effect is neglected in forward bias diodes at high frequencies?

Please clarify my doubt

Thank you in advance

According to who? Ever hear of PIN diode RF switches,
which work on exactly that principle (and are thus
modeled for it)?

Maybe your problem lies closer to home.

My problem is :
In schottky diode linearizers ,the capacitve effect is neglected in forward bias condition. Why it capacitve effect is neglected?
The frequency used is 1GHz.
