    Hello guys, I am driving 15a lamp via MOSFETs without Heat sink . How I can protect MOSFETs from burning?? is necessary pull down resistor? Mosfets are very hot.Also ı used logic level ırlz44 mosfet.

    Dimmer with PNP channel mosfet

    I want to do dimmer(10amper bulb) with ne 555. But IRF9540 p channel mosfet is not enough for 10amper and the mosfet is warming I want do use another p channel mosfet.Which do you think can I use p channel mosfet mosfet?
