I want to do dimmer(10amper bulb) with ne 555.
But IRF9540 p channel mosfet is not enough for 10amper and the mosfet is warming
I want do use another p channel mosfet.Which do you think can I use p channel mosfet mosfet?

You can use two or more IRF9540 transistors in parallel. refer to this link to see how 3n3055 is configured to supply 30amp.
each transistors shares current equally.

Is it necessary that you chop the high side rather than the
low side? NMOSFETs are always cheaper than PMOSFETs
for the same voltage and current rating, within a family.

The 555 timer is way too weak to be a decent gate driver.
This may be part of your problem, too much time spent in
the linear region.
