    capacitor allow dc or ac

Buddy simply remember that capacitor allows time varying voltage, meaning if we are analysing DC trasient (a voltage that is either growing or decaying with time) or any AC form it shall pass through the cap.

    ECU communication......

    Through electric signals. - - - Updated - - - ECU is a programmed ROM

    AC Voltage Measurement Error

Have you calculated the reactances of individual capacitors?? Cause after doing some math I found really weird impedances..

Good text book for learning transmission lines

Found a e-copy, book is nice & very descriptive though no content on transmission lines but immensly deep in waveguides.

    AC Voltage Measurement Error

What is the frequency of the voltage because improper value of capacitors can screw up whole things. just in your case for example the input impedance from source side is 176.8359 arg(90.28) & not even close to k\[\Omega\] range..

    fourier transform of sin(A * cos(2*pi*f*t))?

Oops... missed that. In that case you were right. it's a FM wave with infinte harmonics

Good text book for learning transmission lines

wouldn't a EM concentrated text be more useful as compared to one on Microwaves

    ECU communication......

What do you mean by ECU?? In general sense ECU refers to a electronic circuitry for control purposes.. Clarify your question

    fourier transform of sin(A * cos(2*pi*f*t))?

I disagree with above post by zorro. If the frequency of sinusoid is constant as mentioned by OP, the fourier transform is just an impulse at frequency '\[{f }_{ 0}\]' Answer would be (\[{ A}^{ 2}\]/4) (\[\delta\](f \[\pm\] \[{f }_{0 }\]))

Universal circuit for AC and DC

Probably OP is asking for a AC to DC convertor circuit that has Input voltage range from 110-250V

[SOLVED] Input Frequency Calculation using ADC Samples

Your question is not clear add some detail. 400k samples per second & 18 bits per sample Hence, output data is at 400k*18 Hz (if it is what you are asking for). Input data freq ? (I assume you want to know max input frequency, considering that) you have 400ks & nyquist rate requires 2 samples...

Good text book for learning transmission lines

For basic electromagnetics I'm studying Griffiths. But I will be needing a better text book for learning engineering related topics like Transmission lines, wave guides etc... three books I have in mind are following (I have read none & need a clear suggestion of book that explains things...

How one can deduce an accelerating charge radiates?

Any static charge will have a static field. Now, if charge starts moving it will generate a time varying field given by maxwell's time harmonic equations curlE = -j\[\omega\]\[\mu\]H curlH = (\[\sigma\] + j\[\omega\]\[\mu\]\[\varepsilon\])E Now taking curl (roughly you can think of it as...
