ZHONE T1 Connect Equipment - help needed

T1 Equipment

I am having trouble with the ZHONE T1 Connect. The service company that I use is out of town right now. Before I do anything to ruin my connection. Will rebooting the ZHONE, possibly help bring it back on line? Or could it be my VOIP?:|
