Hi

During BIST execution the power was mistakenly shut down using sw1
After rest the init_b went red, ps_done off

else all Leds (power and supply) are OK except ddr4 on gpio (default board setting)

What are possible reason and solutions

If evaluation board power sequencing is designed correctly, power off during operation should not cause damage. The result of your test suggests that it isn't.
