Hello Guys,

I am performing an S-Parameter analysis in spectremdl, and extracting the S-par and Z-par results automatically:

alias measurement zpmeas {
run sp1
// print sp analysis results

print fmt("%-15e%-15e%-15e%-15e%-15e%-15e%-15e%-15e%-15e%-15e\n", numind, xval(mag(s(1,1))), re(s(1,1)), im(s(1,1)),re(s(1,2)), im(s(1,2)), re(s(2,1)), im(s(2,1)), re(s(2,2)),im(s(2,2))) addto="./READY/sparam33.print"

print fmt("%-15e%-15e%-15e%-15e%-15e%-15e%-15e%-15e%-15e%-15e\n", numind, xval(mag(z(1,1))), re(z(1,1)), im(z(1,1)),re(z(1,2)), im(z(1,2)), re(z(2,1)), im(z(2,1)), re(z(2,2)),im(z(2,2))) addto="./READY/zparam33.print"

}

The problem is that it works for the S-parameters but not for the Z-parameter. Spectremdl gives a warning for each Z-par component saying:
WARNING (MDL-2082): line '37': z - wrong access to Z[1][1]

Can anyone help me? does anyone knows how to measure the Z-par in an MDL analysis?

Best Regards,
Fabio

Simply Cadence Spectre does not have ability to calculate Z-parameters or Y-parameters as run time processing.

Use post processing by Ocean or Skill.
