Hi,
As far as I know, Semiconductor industry is facing a real decline from last 2-3 years, and the the reason I would say this is, even after 2 and half years of recession, this industry is still in disarray.
People who lost their jobs during recession are still finding it really hard to get one in this industry. Although, the other industries have started to show some positive sign, but Semi-Ind are still waiting... From EE-Times survey, the last month, it was estimated that, semiconductor industry will keep facing the steadiness until year 2012, and this is really unpleasant.
The guys sitting in US please enlightened with you opinions.
