Xilinx Sysgen compatibility with MATLAB 7.0.012

My Matlab is of version 7.0.0.12 And my Xilinx ISE is version 8.1i and the Sysgen I downloaded says that it is incompatible with the Matlab i have installed,
It says i need Minimum of Matlab 7.04 too use that version of sysgen.
And the Sysgen prior to the current version, is only compatible with ISE7 build .
Please advise me what should i do, I cant possibiley update matlab now
