Xilinx Spartan 3E SDK?

Gentlemen,


I need your comments on the new (still not available) SDK board from Xilinx for the Spartan 3E FPGA family.
For me it sounds as a very good offer.

If you need MicroBlaze, the new kit seems like a good deal. It looks like the regular Spartan-3E kit ($149 US), but with a larger FPGA (worth about $30 more) and an EDK license (normally $495).
