Xilinx 10.1 and Fixed point package

Hello,

I use xilinx 10.1 and want to use fixed point package, I have some questions?

I added ieee_proposed to my library part of my current project but when I synthesized my code, I have error "Library ieee_proposed cannot be found" , should I modify some files in my Xilinx folder , because I just add in my current project.

and also, Is xilinx 10 support fixed point package?

xilinx fixed point

Please double check but i dont think it has the fixed point package. Please google or ask this question at xilinx forum.
