[SOLVED] [XAMPP]Localhost problem

Hi guyz..

Currently I'm working on a website that allow to control hardware for my final year project..
So when the user entered the address in the address bar,it will load the website and visual basic program will pop out at the same time which allow user to control the hardware..
When i tried to run this website in my computer,it's working well and allow to control hardware.
The problem is when i tried to access using from other pc, it entered to the website but didn't load the vb and cannot control the hardware..

May be you guyz can help me..
