Hi people, in the above figure is an application of Solar Powered Super Capacitor Charger with MPPT.

Can anybody tell me how MPPT is realized in this circuit?

Any help is appreciated.
 

It's not strictly MPPT. Rather a variable Vin regulator implementing the function Vin = a + b*Pin
