Hii

I am working on a small project for which I am using msp430-5438-stk to burn my msp430f5438 but I have a little confusion that which software should I use and can I use USB interface to connect that to my PC? I have IAR workbench but will work on msp430f5438-stk? PLEASE HELP ME
