i need a circuit that will charge a 4v battery from 220v main through wireless power transmission.. also want to know its working principle..plz help.

How much distance?
Maximum size of transmitter/receiver coil?
How much power?
efficiency requirements?
reverse signalling (from battery to wireless charger)?
etc.
