You can use RF IC pair.
IF not....you have to use a modulation techniques
 

rf doorbell hobby

You may use HT12 pair to make a remote bell. Refer the schematics attached. R1 in TX may be 1M and R3 in RX amy be 47K. Transmitter and receiver modules may be TLP433 which are easily available. Good luck
