why wave at pin 10(TCA785) can not be triangular?

why wave at pin 10 can not be triangular, CAN ONLY BE trapezoidal, although only the potentiometer is changed?
 

Because the discharge is by an internal transistor which provides a fast discharge of the capacitor on pin 10.
