I am designing a pcb without sch, because there is only one ic used in the project. But I find a problem that the pad of ic mega128 is green, when I add the nets manuilly. My clearance is 0.4mm and the width is 0.4mm.I want to catch it.

Re: dxp(sp4) problem

The pad color changing to green is a design rule violation. Highlight the green item -> right-click -> Violations. This will tell you what the problem is.
