why resistor color codding does not starts with BLACK color??

Someone replied me that it increases the redundancy in components but I'm not satisfied with this reply becoz the redundancy can also be increased by changing the last or 2nd last color band, also...??

Is their any other reason regarding color codding??
 

It's because a leading zero isn't useful in most cases, especially when you have a multiplier digit that lets you set the decimal position anywhere in the remaining 'numbers'.
