N+ and P+ poly resistors

when we say that it is a n+ poly resistor ,do we mena that the poly is doped with n+.??
Also can anyone tell me why it is said that p+ poly resistors are preferred over n+ poly resistors.

Yes.

Because generally p+ poly resistors have a lower TC1 (but their VC1 mostly is larger than that of n+ poly resistors).

Usually the sheet resitance of p+ poly is larger than n+ poly. That helps when you try to save area.

Check with foundry's mismatch report and you will know the answer.
