Why my Galanz Kudo P10 AC Split wall mounted is not cooling ?

Fan of outdoor unit is working i.e. rotating

The unit is cooling, you can see the frost on the pipes. The cold air is not being blown into the room, is the blowing fan working?, are there air filters that are bl;ocked on the air intake?

The air filters are cleaned ..... no doubt in it

blowing fan .... is this the same fan which is present inside the outdoor unit of Split AC ? If yes then that fan is working properly

Even if blowing fan is inside the indoor unit then indoor unit is blowing / throwing the air ....... but not the cool air (means no cooling)

don't you feel that the freon gas is very low which causing less or almost zero cooling ?
