Why IR is not working?

Hello!

Can somebody fix this circuit and make the led turn ON. The TSOP is not detecting the IR signal. I think the left and right signal lines have to be made high, but still it doesn't work.

The signal coming out from pin 1 of the sensor is active low, you need to amplify it with an inverter using transistor or digital gate ic's like cd4069 in my own case i used a monostable mutivibrator when ever i send a pulse the pin 2 of my 555 will become active low then trigger the output to high.
