Eldo is fast simulation as HSIM. In usually, we use HSIM be TOp-DOWN simulator and HSPICE be a BOTTOM-TOP simulator.

In recently, I wish ELDO be a optional. But its model file doesn't support OLD Hspice modelcard.

How to solve and why it can't consistent with HSIM/HSPICE envirnoments?

by default, eldo use its own syntax both for netlist and model. To let it compatible with Hspice, you should add "-compat" when simulating.

Sir,

I has study user manual. ELDO uses their spice modelcard. If ELDO compat with Hspice and other, it shouldn't to set "-compat" for compatibility.

That's my question.

Why ELDO doesn't compat with traditional modelcard?
