HI
can anybody explain in physical terms, why flicker noise is smaller in weak inversion region??

Re: flicker noise

I think it's not in weak inversion the 1/f noise is low, but you want to reduce 1/f

noise you increase the W/L of the transistor, the transistor works in weak inversion.
