particle flux {jiggling around} like shaking a bag of marbles in all directions at once
the bigger ones will have a different ordered pattern inside the less ordered smaller ones
people think of spining electrons but like a motor there poles move around
generating the flux that holds them together
remember little things just need a little force to stay as one
and dont forget the protons and neutrons are much bigger particles and have other fources bound to there domains
