hi all,

I am a beginner of solar cell, here is the thing.

We know that during CZ or other process, the silicon has been doped as P type silicon, so the produced wafer is already P type wafer, but Why sometimes we still use Boron to dope the P type wafer to be P+ wafer? what is the purpose of doing this?

Thanks:sad:
