Why does the resistor spice model have a voltage coefficient?

Isn't R=V/I?

What is the cause of this effect?

I would also be grateful if someone would explain to me why the resistor has a temperature coefficient as well.

you need to see any microelectronic book, you can get this key.

WHich voltage coefficient are you talking about? I think it just has 2 temperature coefficients.

It has 2 temperature coefficents and 2 voltage coefficients.

Razavi doesn't mention any of it.
