Why does a Transistor have a 50% duty cycle?

How can it be a perfect 50% duty cycle when the transistor is biased or not biased?
 

How you can get the 50% duty cycle[square wave] by just biasing the transistor?. Show me the circuit diagram
 

Complementary MOS or CMOS are better for self biasing to get 50% because the Dc gain is unity with 100% DC feedback and there is no offset if the threshold is Vcc/2.

Transistors have a DC offset or Vcb required so self biasing will work with needed negative feedback and high gain.
 

The Negative or Positive feedback changes the duty cycle of the transistor?

Without Negative Or Positive feedback the duty cycle of a transistor is 50% right?
 

Is the duty-cycle at the output of a transistor 50% when its input turns it on for only a moment each cycle? No.
Or when its input signal turns it off for only a moment each cycle? No.

Then the duty cycle of a transistor is not always 50%.
