actually i am working on cdma project.and i dont know why we use center frequency

If ur talking about bandpass filter, it is the frequency where the gain is the highest.
 

Center Frequency

All RF based protocols for common sense purpose need a center frequency, if for no other reason than refrence. An RF oscillator always has a center frequency, no matter how it's modified.
