Try to include the following: What programmer do you use? Is it DIY or a purchased one? What software to you use to program the micro? What software to you use to compile? ALthough micro's can generally be programmed quite easily, there a many things that can go wrong, voltages, bad connections, software problems.etc... BuriedCode.
