Pradeep, it was closed because this is clearly a hoax.
The apparatus described is one of the oldest attempts at perpetual motion machine, and it does not work.

And just because it is also on someones blog does not give it any additional credibility.

We have had plenty of these sorts of posts which degrade into a slanging match and waste a lot of moderators time clearing out the scams and fraudsters. IT IS A CON. Do not post it again. This thread is also now closed.
