Who will teach me RFIC design ?

I want to learn RFIC

I want to find a teacher to help me on RFIC.
And I have three years experience on analog IC such as ADC DAC PLL and PM, now I want to start to learn RFIC.

in order to get qualified in this field, u 1st have 2 be strong in electromagnetics and RF engineering, as these are the basics of microwave circuits design

also u must be very stronge in analog design
very good knowledge about technology processes
very good user of RFIC design and simulation tools

best way is by course notes at universities

start searching on this site and on google.

dont panic man, this field really requires a good backround in the above mentioned courses, but u ll find it so intersting once u get qualified in it, & and the future is brillinat in front of u !

you get a really good foundation for RFIC, your experience on the analog circuits will help you a lot! Just read some book chapters and some study IEEE papers, you can go into this exciting field quickly.

the best way to learn RFIC is to look into some university sites for lecture notes.

I think a strong knowledge in analog design would be a plus and also some electromagnetics..
