Who sales SATA PHY chips?

I think there is SATA phy made by ST MicroElectronics. And I know that Mentor Graphics now is about to release there SATA PHY also.

There are 3 vendor PHY.

Atmel:AT78c5091
Silicon image:Sii 3012
Marvell:88SR3020

but,they are hard to get.

FYI, Silicon Image, **broken link removed**, just today released their datasheets for SATA products with no NDA required. Don't know how long this will last, so grab them while they are available. All other vendors seem to still require NDAs and lots of red tape.
