Who is the most demanding and challenging Engineer!!!???

In your opinion, what engineer is more demanding and challenging in the ASIC design??For example: verification engineer,layout engineer and etc.

I think the demanding engineer is layout engineer,

because as the semiconductor process advances,

many deep submicron effect will be faced and

should be conquered, layout engineer is

in the frontier of this battle.
