who can i add a label for layer region in deckbuild silvaco?

hi ,i want to simulate a soi mosfet in silvaco,i did this ,you can see snapshot.

my question is how i can add a label in region sio2.i use name title label but they don't work.
this is some source in area regions:
region num=1 y.max=0 oxide
region num=2 y.min=0 y.max=0.3 silicon
region num=3 y.min=0.3 oxide

I would suggest you take advantage of the many canned
demos that Silvaco provides for their tools. One of these
is pretty likely to show the way. Some come with the point
tool install files but more may be found at the Silvaco
software downloads page.
 

i tested over 15 sample,but they hadn't any label,except for electrode!i want to label for layer..
