Which tool is better: PCB Wizard or Eagle Layout?

Hi,

I wish to get a low cost PCB software.
But I dont know which one is better:
PCB wizard from https://www.new-wave-concepts.com/wizard.html
or
Eagle Layout from

I will rely on the Autorouting function most of the time.
