Which synchronizers to use for real time clock?

I am designing Real time clock.
In my implementation, I require to use synchronizers. I have to transfer data between 32 MHz block and 100MHz block.

Which synchronizer should I use? Double or Toggle.
If you have any Pdf regarding the subject, please refer me the material.
