What kind of Phase shift are you looking for? COnstant over broad band of frequencies, or just for 1 frequency. WHy don't you make a All pass Filter or another filter to get the phase shift you want.
If this is just an exercise for school, use a lower frequency one and a spice type analysis program. The student versions of this program will handle a phase shifter.
A capacitor, a reversed-bias diode, the CE of BJT are examples of a simple phase shifter. Thus, you often find these used with Op-amp to make Active Phase-shifter.
An Inverting Amplifer is a simple Π-radian phase-shifter.
A series or parallel RC circuit can also be used as phase shifter. Vary R and C changes the phase.
