what sampling frequency is used to calculate the frequency usimg fft,either fft sampling frequency or input signal sampling frequency.

you may run an FFT with any (constant) sampling frequency. It depends on your application?

either fft sampling frequency or input signal sampling frequency.

Usually there is only one sampling frequency. The ADC sampling frequency is the FFT input (sampling) frequency.

Maybe you have a special case. Then you should tell us.
