almost all mobiles can be converted to a scanner.

if you find anything pls post...
 

ok, any phone can be converted to a scanner.

However, there was one from Motorol@ made it very easy
to convert to a GSM gsm scanner. I heard the fbi had
banned further production when someone had first suceeded to
do so.
