Hello everyone ,
I need to make a mobile application , that accepts digital signal and then send it through GPRS , but I don't have any experience in programming mobile phones , I read we can program them using either Symbian or J2me.
which one of the 2 languages is better for such an application??
what do I have to do or to install to start programming in either language??
give me the steps please
