Which field has brighter future: VLSI or Embedded ?

I am a pcb designer with 6 yrs experience planning to switch my domain , before that I want to know which field has bright future Vlsi or Embeded design ?

Your answer will help me to decide my future career ..

I don't think neither VLSI nor embedded field will loose popularity in near future. But finding a job in embedded field will be easier. Depends on the location where you live.
