Which equation about switch-R C is right ?

Which equation in the attached files is right?
I think the one in EECS 240 is right.
And is the matlab file "L15_ron.m" provided in EECS247 wrong?
I can't show the same simulation result in T/τ=10 case.
Can somebody help me? Thanks.
