Which CPLD has LVDS capability?

Hello,

I was looking for a CPLD with LVDS capability. I want to produce 500+ Mbps on a single LVDS lane. I noticed the Lattice MachXO's had LVDS but they did not specify the speed. Does anyone know of a CPLD that could do 500+ Mbps LVDS with a single lane?
