Best depends upon indivdual choice and prefernces, also depends upon requirements. GCC is a good choice.

Thanks alot see , i mean which compiler has complete c++ lib for AVR ? Which one has better and fuller lib ? I heard in some points IAR is better than Winavr ... is it ? tanx
