Where to start learning about IC design field?

Hi there, i am new to this forum. i would like to learn more and work in ic design field. can anyone tell me where to start and which book is good for me? thank you so much for your kind help. have a good day. Jason

razavi's book or paul r.gray's book is ok.
additional,the process technology should be learned more.
