Can anyone tell me where can I get Cores or Verilog Designs for both SPI and I2C controller?

hi,phonenix:
design your self, it is pretty easy and fun.
I have designed a special I2C controller myself(master mode).
it helps you to understand the I2C protocal more. it is really not a challenge.
