Hi,

I would like to know it's english name also:

One common supplier of plastic boxes or enclosures is Pactec.

https://www.pactecenclosures.com/

Boxes with mounted special openings, like your circular hole are often custom pieces. The NRE of this is pretty expensive because of the tooling costs for the mold. Production costs are low, but for hobby or small quantity, cost is too high.

Often what people do is adapt the standard boxes. For example, you buy the standard rectangular box and then take it to a machine shop with a CNC machine. They do the custom cutouts and you mount whatever hardware you need behind that. It can look and function very good in small quantities.
