Theres available on National Instrument website.
You can request a sample CD and training materials.

DO check NI site for training. Their site is very interesting and useful. Check their forum for doubts, either.

In the Floppy disk : Basic Course of LabVIEW 1+2, you can find all of the files training. It's useful.
